Generates Leads of potential clients for the organization (Corporates and Individual).
Meeting potential leads to understand their requirements and create awareness of the various services available with From Camera.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
Prepares and completes marketing action plan.

Education and Experience Requirement

Remuneration

Rs.12000 to Rs.20000 per month + Travel* + Target based Incentives/Bonus

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and potential clients. For this, you need to obtain the list of individual information and source the data for additional members from the targeted audience.

To be a successful telecaller, you are required to suggest ways in which client feedback can be utilized to improve the product or services available with us.

Role and Responsibilit

Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
Help the Marketing and Sales team Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

Requirements

Graduation or equivalent
Should have very good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role is an added advantage.
Knowledgeable with computers
Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
Having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them.

Remuneration

Monthly – Rs5,000 to Rs.8,000 + Conversion based Incentives/Bonus

They must be able to build, manage, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across each digital channel. You should have a strong grasp over marketing tools and ability to build and manage campaigns from its initial stage to its execution.

Role and Responsibilitie

Planning and executing each aspect of digital marketing, including SEO, email campaigns and social media of and for From Camera.
Designing, making and maintaining social media management
Measuring and creating reports of all campaigns and assessing them against the goals
Identify trends to optimize the performances on the basis of the insights
Bringing out new and innovative growth strategies
Collaborating with different teams to optimize user experience
Strong analytical ability for evaluating end-to-end customer experience
Collaborating with other agencies and vendors, if required, post approval from CMO.
